Welcome to the archive! My name is Colin McGregor, and I've been collecting and archiving Michigan and Colorado license plates, as well their associated county code/allotment data, for over ten years. I live in Western New York, and am a regular at both the ALPCA Chesapeake and the Rocky Mountain Regions' collector meets.

I have been a member of the Automobile License Plate Collectors Association since 2013 (member #11808).
